Who is the Service For?
Our services are for adults with a single to a wide range
of learning disabilities. We seek to empower people
by adopting a holistic approach. We provide individualised
care and support and we seek to encourage service users
to lead a full life.

What can it Provide?
Our services reflect the wide range of needs which our
service users present. We seek to maximise independence
and social interaction. We support people to live as
independent a life as possible by listening to their
needs, wishes and aspirations. Our services seek to
be flexible and responsible and to take account of individual
needs.

Where is it Provided?
Many settings and locations are used, ranging from high
rise living, tenement flats, Victorian Villas to modern
and purpose- built bungalows.

How can I Request these Services?
Our services can either be accessed through contacting
the Project Manager or by contacting the local Social
Work Department. Following this request the Social Work
Department will carry out an assessment to ascertain
the suitability fo the service.

Is There a Charge?
Yes there is charge for services provided.
The costs of each project vary in accordance with the
level of support required. To access what the payment
will be, the Social Work Department will carry out a
financial assessment.

How Long Will I Have to Wait?
As soon as vacancies arise, all of the Social Work Area
Teams are notified. We do not keep a waiting list.
