project is a specially designed house in Cranhill
which provides short breaks for adults with a
learning disability. Many people also have a physical
disability. People come to Langness Road for a
weekend or from Monday to Friday. During their
break, people will be encouraged to take part
in various activities according to their interests.
Each person who uses the project will have an
individual care plan and will have their own linkworker.
The project has places for seven people. |
