Ar Caladh is
a project which provides intensive support for
8 young people aged 16 – 21 years who are
homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to
their substance misuse and chaotic lifestyle.
The project provides 24 hour support where
young people can identify and explore some of
the issues affecting their life.
The staff team comprises of both nurses and
social care staff and, in conjunction with medical
staff, can provide a full compliment of health
services, including mental health assessments,
supervised detox, assisted withdrawal or stabilisation
from illicit substances and groupwork programmes.
