The project
provides accommodation and support within a safe environment for
9 young people (16 - 21 years), who are homeless or having
been looked after and cared for can explore and
examine their lifestyles and options and begin
to take control over their own lives.
The level of support offered is dependent on
individual need and, where appropriate, linked
to a comprehensive assessment of need of young
homeless people. A process involving assessment
and personal support planning aims to address
both the social care and housing support needs
of young people.
Access to the service begins with the care
manager contacting the project directly.
