Ian Elrick

Ian has worked in local government, social housing the voluntary & Third sector for a number of years and is a qualified Accountant. Ian was part of the leadership team that delivered Glasgow Council’s whole stock transfer, he has worked with Communities Scotland on other successful Council housing stock transfer ballots e.g. Argyll and Bute and Inverclyde. Ian is passionate about motivating staff to deliver, he believes in honesty, openness and accountability, believing all human beings have potential that needs to be harnessed and developed. Ian’s hobbies and interests include; spending time with family, sport, both competing (keen runner) and spectating, and public affairs.
