Joiner bonus – up to £1200*

As a thank you for coming on board, you will receive up to £1200* joining bonus after 6 months of service

Who is eligible?

Anyone successfully employed in roles, up to Team Leader, based within our Services is entitled to the Joiner Bonus.

The Joiner Bonus is not open to Head Office Staff.

*Receive a joining bonus of £800 for successfully completing 6 months’ service within one of our projects.  To support our more remote services in Lanark and Cherrywood (Elderslie) we are offering an enhanced joiner bonus of £1200 for new employees joining between 22 July 2024 and 30 September 2024, holding an SVQ2 in Health and Social Care (SCQF level 6) and successfully completing 6 months’ service.  The bonus is based on full-time hours (38 per week) and will be pro rata for part time hours.

Conditions

All payments are taxable.

Payment is made in the pay month following the successful six month probation meeting.

From the start of the scheme, current employees who leave The Mungo Foundation will only be eligible to re-join and benefit from the bonus scheme if they have at least a three month break in service.
