£800 Joiner Bonus

As a thank you for coming on board you will receive an £800 Joiner Bonus after 6 months service.

Who is eligible?

Anyone successfully employed in roles, up to Team Leader, based within our Services are entitled to the Joiner Bonus.

The Joiner Bonus is not open to Head Office Staff.

Conditions

All payments are taxable.

Payment is made in the pay month following the successful six month probation meeting.

From the start of the scheme, current employees who leave The Mungo Foundation will only be eligible to re-join and benefit from the bonus scheme if they have at least a 3 month break in service.
